Hoe te testen?
1. Verwijder één strip uit de fles en plaats de dop onmiddellijk terug.
2. Dompel het reagensgedeelte van de strip in het urinemonster en haal het er snel uit.
3. Veeg overtollige urine af tegen de rand van de monstercontainer.
4. Lees de testresultaten binnen 60 seconden zorgvuldig af in een goed licht en met het testgebied in de buurt van de juiste kleurenkaart op het etiket van de fles. Kleurveranderingen die alleen langs de randen van de testpads verschijnen of nadat er meer dan 2 minuten zijn verplaatst, zijn niet diagnostisch significant. Resultaten met een leukocytentestgedeelte kunnen binnen 120 seconden worden afgelezen.
